We ship without a tracking numbers, the package will arrive with standard post unless you Add Tracking on checkout or before. You will receive an email with the tracking number if added to checkout.
---------- DID MY ORDER SHIP? YES...
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (72 hours for Fri/Sat) after payment receipt and always as quick as possible. Working hours exclude weekends and holidays. Occasional product back-order, month ends and special processing time as stated on the worldwide shipping page.

Yes, you will get a receipt email after purchase and and email the day the order ships.

We ship very discreetly and rarely have an any issue.
---------- WHY DONT I SEE SPORES IN SYRINGE?
We use really fresh spores from new prints, so the spores don't clump together forming the visible specks you would see in syringes made from older prints. Although not visible to the naked eye the syringes contain thousands of microscopic spores. Our spore prints are generally less then a month old. Which guarantees a higher success rate.

Yes we do ship internationally, but we only ship Spore Prints as they travel futher and better than syringes. Due to increased delays and uncertainty of arrival times, you are required to add tracking to international orders (Not required for USA & CANADA). Add Tracking Here

Some products may be restricted for shipment to certain locations. It is the customer's (YOU) responsibility to ensure that items ordered comply with local laws. Mushly takes no responsibility for items ordered illegally.
---------- CAN YOU GIVE ME ADVICE ON GROWING MUSHROOMS?
Please understand that we offer spores of Psilocybin mushrooms for microscopy/legal use only. We cannot offer any advice or comments on the cultivation or culture of these species, as cultivation of psilocybin products are against the law in many countries. Any indication that the products will be used in an illegal manner will lead to your order being refused and refunded. We will not reply to any request for cultivation advice in accordance with the laws governing prohibited substances.
Any research is your own responsibility. Be mindful of this and considerate if you want a reply.
Our process is to reship (After 21 wordking days) the order first. Should you want full (100%) refund the package will need to be sent back or 50% fee will be deducted for non returen items. We do not do refunds / reships on orders after 30 days
"I have placed and order and now want to cancel as I've changed my mind, can I get a refund?" YES, but we will take a 10% chargeback fee!
"I have inoculated a grow bag and don't see any growth. Can I get a refund?" NO, Please read FAQ above!
